1. Acceptance
By accessing or using virtualstagenetwork.com ("VSN," "the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Virtual Stage Network is a live streaming and artist monetization platform that allows performers to broadcast live, receive tips, and accept booking inquiries from fans, venues, and event organizers.
3. Artist Accounts
To broadcast live you must create an artist account and be approved by VSN administration. You are responsible for the content you broadcast. You must be at least 18 years old to receive payments through the platform.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not broadcast or upload: copyrighted material without permission, adult or explicit content, hate speech or harassment, illegal activity, or content that violates the rights of any third party. VSN reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these rules without notice.
5. Tips and Payments
Tips are voluntary payments from fans to artists. VSN retains 8% of each tip as a platform fee; artists receive the remaining 92%. A flat $5.00 booking fee applies when a booking is confirmed. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. VSN does not store payment card data.
6. Bookings
Booking inquiries submitted through the platform are not guaranteed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when both the artist and client agree to the terms and any applicable fees are paid. VSN is not a party to any booking agreement between artists and clients.
7. Content Ownership
Artists retain ownership of their performances and content. By broadcasting through VSN you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, archive, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials.
8. Recordings
Live streams may be automatically recorded and stored for replay on the platform. Artists may request removal of a recording by contacting .
9. Memberships
Paid membership plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
10. Limitation of Liability
VSN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost bookings, or service interruptions.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
